Schwägalp demonstration dairy

The alpine demonstration cheese dairy is located close to the base station. Every year from May 1 to November, the demonstration dairy gives you an interesting insight into the production of cheese. Fresh alpine milk products are also available straight from the producer in the demonstration dairy shop. The cheese dairy can be visited individually or as part of a guided tour.

The free-roaming goats and cows can eat their fill of fresh grass here from
spring to late summer before the autumn cattle drive takes place. Your chance
to experience the work of alpine farms up close.
